Perfect for families who prefer meals cooked fresh in their own kitchen, this personalized service allows you to enjoy homemade, nourishing meals without the time and effort of planning or cooking.

After creating your customized weekly menu and purchasing groceries, we come to your home to prepare your meals, portion them for easy storage, label everything with dates and reheating instructions, and leave your kitchen clean before we go.

This package includes:

• Personalized menu consultation based on your family's preferences and postpartum recovery needs

• Approximately 4 hours of in-home meal preparation

• Meals portioned, labeled, and stored for easy refrigeration or freezing

• Complete kitchen clean-up after cooking

• Additional grocery shopping service (purchased separate from package)

Home Preparation Requirements

• The kitchen must be clean and ready before our arrival.

• Pets should remain out of the kitchen during the cooking session.
